these General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively. Differing terms and conditions of the customer require our consent.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to future business relations, even if they are not expressly agreed again.

Placing of Order

  1. the contract comes off by the fact, that we accept the order given by the customer by our confirmation of order. This order confirmation contains the essential contents of the customer's order.
  2. if the customer does not provide an e-mail address to which we can send the order confirmation, the contract shall not be concluded until the goods have been sent.
  3. the delivery by us takes place under the reservation that we ourselves are supplied correctly and in time and that we are not responsible for the lack of availability of the goods. In the event that the goods are not available for a longer period of time, we cannot execute the order and withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform the customer immediately.
  4. We reserve the right, after consultation with the customer, to make partial deliveries at our expense.

Prices

  1. the prices refer to the in each case illustrated articles according to description.
  2. all prices are user prices and include the applicable value added tax. In the event of any pricing errors or misprints, we reserve the right to contest the contract.

Delivery and Shipping

  1. the delivery time is based on the information on the order confirmation or other information on the Internet homepage.
  2. deliveries are made at the expense and risk of the recipient.
  3. the deliveries take place as insured post package, in accordance with our delivery - and terms of payment within Germany.
  4. the dispatch abroad takes place according to our terms of shipping and payment for foreign deliveries. Please check with your local import office for more information regarding VATs, custom fees and import taxes.
    Please contact our office before placing an order outside europe.

Terms of Payment

  1. our invoices are generally payable immediately upon receipt and without deductions.
  2. the payment takes place after selection by prepayment, PayPal, Amazon Pay or invoice.
  3. institutional customers and regular customers can be supplied against invoice.

Liability and warranty

    the customer has to check the content of the delivery immediately for contractual condition and damage of the delivered goods. Any defects must be reported to us in writing or by telephone within 10 days of receipt of the goods, quoting the invoice number.
  1. rejected goods may be returned only with our consent.
  2. In the case of warranty, we will either repair or replace the goods at our discretion. The customer may, however, either cancel the purchase or claim a reduction of the purchase price if there is an unreasonable delay or impossibility of rectification or replacement.

Reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment.

Place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction and place of performance for deliveries and payments is Dorsten.

Right of rescission

If the customer is an entrepreneur, he has no right of revocation and return.

Returns & Exchanges

At Mascerade, we believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with us. If the product you received is wrong, not satisfactory, or otherwise defective, we are here to help you.

All returns and/or exchanges must be authorized and the product must be in it's original packaging and be unused and undamaged. Mascerade GmbH reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange. If your item arrived damaged as a result of transit, be sure to save the damaged box for insurance claim purposes with the shipping company. We require photos of all items that arrived damaged.

Important - NON-Returnable Items:
Due to liability restrictions and our dedication to maintain high quality and safe products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products: Tattoo-Markers, EventCase50, EventCase30+20, Face and Body Paints, Glitters (loose), Practice Heads-used, Prosthetic pieces, Body FX and wig caps.

There are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on custom-made items, including cases and stencils.
To file a return and/or exchange please fill out our product returns form located below and we will contact you shortly. If the return and/or exchange is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. All unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted, and will be disposed of at the customer’s expense. In the event of a return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back. We will credit you the product price charged on your invoice and any applicable sales tax, minus a 10% re-stocking fees once the item is received and the return approved.
Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear after the returned items have been approved. We ask that you return your items within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Code. We will be unable to accept your return after 14 days of receiving your RAC.
